Why does the new imessage video compression SUCK so bad after iOS15

So now when we send videos, the videos are being compressed and make them look like a flip phone recorded them. No i do not have low data on, no i am not on wifi when sending. Any ideas how to make it go bavk to the way it was? @applesupport this sucks!
