Hello fidencia79,

If you're not being prompted to approve purchases from your child, you'll want to follow these steps to ensure that you have Ask to Buy set up correctly: Approve what kids buy with Ask to Buy

If so and you're still not being prompted, you'll want to reach out to Apple to look in to this further. You can reach out to them here: Get Support
