Restoring my phone icon to the home screen

the phone icon has disappeared from my home screen. How can I restore it?

Search for it using Spotlight then put it back to where it was.

Start here => Use iPhone to search - Apple Support

and here => Move apps and widgets on the Home Screen on iPhone - Apple Support
