I was hacked Earthlink account It started with Icon on phone not opening app. Fixed?? now again icon not functioning and Apple ID page is not workinbg correctly. To do?

I think I got the "email" malware. Dealt with Earthlink and maybe patched, slowly emails came to box.

The mac has been running slower. Alert, again my iphone 6se is repeating the behavior of email icon not opening program, just a quick flash. Now I had difficulty getting my security info.

What to do? I spent yesterday being helped by an Earthlink tech, and the day before being scammed. I sent no money so they're bacK?? Help please
