I have recently purchased iPhone 12 with 64 gb I want to know best charging cycle which give me good long term battery health and at what percentage we have to charge and at what percentage we can remove from charging

The only trick I can suggest, in my experience with iPhones since 2008, is to avoid, if possible, that the battery level drops below 20%. No overcharging problems, as the iPhone stops charging when its battery reaches 100%. I charge my device overnight everynight.
