What has happened to my passwords. Gone from settings Chrome & Cloud too. I don’t know know what happened. I am novice on 10.5 iPad Pro I put my information from my iPhone 10smax with help from Apple genius in store. I am having horrible time resetting password. Please tell me what to do in simple directions. Thank you.

Troubleshooting Lost Passwords:
Use Keychain for Passwords:
See if Keychain is disabled. Your passwords would be in Keychain. Go Here: How to Find Saved Passwords on your iPhone - Apple Support
If not in Keychain:
Look somewhere else you may have kept a record of these in.

Use you computer to change your passwords, as it would be more user-friendly doing so.
