Hi, I can’t update the iOS on iPhone 11, it says the verification failed because you are no longer connected to the internet.

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support, then Update iOS on iPhone - Apple Support.

If the issue persists, see: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't update - Apple Support.
