To get Apple corporate support, open the "Get Support" link on this page upper right.
Hotmail being a Microsoft product, this appears to be a Microsoft issue, not Apple. Apple mail just provides you a way to open your mail. If you have issues with the operation of Hotmail, you need to get in touch with Microsoft.
