We're just users like yourself. Adding different versions of emoji is becoming easier, but not all emoji have been rebuilt to be modular by the standards consortium that oversees them. Apple generally releases their version of whatever has been released by the consortium.

Because Apple has not done that yet. I tested it out and it does not work either. Sorry.
