Ping is 0 when watching videos

Here are some reasons why you might be receiving that ping Request Timed Out message:

1. Incorrect Network Adapter or Firewall Settings on your PC
2. The remote host might be down
3. There might not be a route back to your computer
4. The firewall installed on the destination host may be blocking your ICMP request
5. Your device did not have an Internet connection at the time of receiving replies

Something might be going on with Yandex in your country too.

I have no idea. Your video packets are not ping's ICMP packets, and if an interim router between you and the site you are pinging is rejecting ping packets, or has any hardware or configuration issues, it may seem as though ping is failing. What happens if you use traceroute with the same target as you are using for ping?

From the picture supplied, on the Right hand picture, is appears the ping has failed ( Timed Out ) at some point in the process.
