iPhone, Face ID camera disabled

Hi, my water fell in a sink with water and was instantly retrieved. I am now getting a message that Face ID was disabled. My phone is up to date. I turned it off and restarted it. What else can I do?

iPhone XS, iOS 15

In such a situation (liquid damage), I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
