Unable to pair iphone with apple watch

I tried to pair my new iphone with my old watch. I have already reset the watch, but still not able to pair. The phone promoted me to update the watch, then said that I am not connected to internet, so can't check for updates.

The watch is stuck at this:

Please advice.

Apple watch failed to pair with my iPhone Hi, there was an update for my apple watch series 2 and I try to update it and it wont let me so I reset the watch and now it wont pair on my iPhone 6s, am running iOS 12.4, can anyone help me to get my watch paired with my iPhone 6s?
