Hi there shaul462,

It looks like you've already reviewed Create an outline of your Keynote presentation.

If so, you'll want to use the steps below to create that outline on Mac:

"Create an outline in Keynote on Mac

  1. Open Keynote, choose a theme, then click Create.
  2. Choose View > Outline.
  3. In the left sidebar, enter a title for the slide.
  4. To create a new slide, click Add Slide, or select a slide and press Return on the keyboard.
  5. To add bullets to a slide, select a slide, press Return, then press Tab.
  6. To change the indent level of a slide or bullet, select a slide or bullet, then press Tab or Shift + Tab on the keyboard.
  7. To reorder a slide, drag a slide or bullet to a new location in the sidebar.
  8. To close outline view, click the View button , then choose another view option.

After you create your outline, you can switch out of outline view to adjust things like slide layout and build order. "
