Spanish Latinamerica Keyboard

I have an M1Pro MacBook Pro with a spanish latin america keyboard. Can´t find the caret symbol to enter exponents in formulas. Where is the caret symbol on the spanish latinamerica keyboard?

Use the Keyboard Viewer on Mac - Apple Support

^ is at Option Shift { with the Latin American Input Source Active.
