iPad mini disabled- too many login attempts

My mini is telling me to got to iTunes. How do I do that when it is disabled. I do have my laptop but what am I looking for?

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPad requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
