I want to be able to back my Iphone up in itunes. My Iphone 12 Pro doesn't have a USB cable. My computer only has USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports. Is there an apple cable to USB adapter cable available? How do I connect it to my PC?
There is an Apple Lightening to USB cable in the Apple Store. Using that you should be able to connect the phone to a laptop.

Have you ever had another iPhone? They have a USB-A to lightning cable. If your computer will not accept a USB-C cable, you can purchase an adapter, but the best thing to do would be to purchase a USB-A to lightning cable.

Use one of the dozen or more USB to Lightning cables that you have stuck in a drawer somewhere.
