How do I get access to my older Apple Pay Transactions?

Everything online (including Apple's Docs) says that you just tap on the relevant card, and scroll down and then you can start to see historic transactions, under the "Latest Transactions" section.

But that doesn't exist for me; it just stops after Latest Transactions (9 or 10 most recent transactions)
