There were several charges on my account for a subscription I didn't subscribe to

There were several charges on my account for a subscription I didn't subscribe to. I noticed (2) charges for Apple Music at $14.99 (3-7-22) and then (1) charge for $3.49 (3-7-22) and another charge for $3.99 (3-7-22). There was one refund for $14.99 on 3-7-22. I am requesting a full refund for all the fees because I did not approve these charges on my credit card. This has caused my account to be overdrawn and the bank has charged me multiple fees.
