Getting email alerts with sound is inconsistent with my new iPhone 13. Also, I get an echo with long distance phone calls but there is no echo when the long distance callers call me. Technical support has reset the phone twice and done a complete erase all settings and nothing has changed. Is anyone else having these issues with their iPhone 13 phone? I'm ready to switch back to my old phone.

Have you tried the steps here, including testing with any cases removed? If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker

I have tried all of the steps to no avail. I'm at the point where I will return the phone for a full refund and switch back to my iPhone 7. Buying the iPhone 13 has been a headache.
The sound issue has not been solved. I incorrectly clicked on that selection hoping that it would give me the option to select "not solved."
