Instagram Stories Troubleshooting after IOS 15

Hi I recently updated to IOS 15 on my IPhone 11 Pro. Ever since, when I post Reels to Stories they 1.) will not auto play and 2.) have no audio

I've done minimal research but it seems as though this is a common problem

Has anyone else troubleshooted this problem and if so how? TY
