my phone’s battery health is draining frequently day by day suddenly. What should i do with it ??? My phone is 12 pro it is under warranty period still . Is there any possibility to replace it free of cost ???

Like what Deggie suggested, taking it to the genius bar, they will be able to tell you if the battery is really failing.
Alternatives to test, put your battery in low power mode, and see if that helps keep it on.
Also turning off notifications for apps and location services. One last thing for the mail app, turning off the PUSH option. This forces your phone to always check for mail. When you can simply, just open the mail app and slide it down to refresh.

None of these will help, the software in iOS has already intervened and is managing the power use of the phone far better than your suggestions will. The battery is failing or they would not have received that message and if they put off taking it in the battery may swell and damage could occur.

This is since the 15.3.1 upgrade on my 8, goes from 90% to low battery shuts down and comes back at 85%.
