How do I remove management from my IPad?

I bought this iPad from a local pawn shop about 3 to 4 months ago it’s managed and I’m wondering how to get rid of the management?

Having an MDM Profile installed generally indicates that your iPad is “centrally managed” by an Educational Establishment or Enterprise. In such circumstances, you’ll need to independently seek assistance from the System Administrator that manages your device; without their assistance, you’ll not be able to resolve your issue.

If your iPad is centrally managed, the installed Management Profile will likely prevent reset of the iPad and/or changes to some system settings. In most cases, the profile cannot be removed. If you cannot manually remove the MDM profile directly from iPad settings, a reset or restore of the iPad will not remove the profile - and may disable the iPad.

Apple Support cannot (and will not) assist with removing a management profile.
