I just purchased a series 7 stainless steel Apple Watch with the Silver Milanese magnetic clasp band.

I am an avid pool swimmer doing laps. Can I not wear my Milanese watch band while swimming?

What's the danger to the watch, or band? I purchased them in hopes of being able to use the watches functions and adore the band without fear of damaging either!
