Hi, my IPhone XR isn’t responsive

Why is this happening, I can’t even power my phone off. I can’t call,text, or FaceTime without using Siri to do it and send it. I can’t even turn on the flashlight. This is all happening because I updated my phone to the new iOS 15 last night.
