I can’t get my phone to open with facial recognition-i’ve had the phone for less than two weeks. Do I have to go to the apple store?

If you are getting an alert like that listed in the article you came here from, or you can't set it up, make a Genius Bar appointment at the Apple Store and have them test your phone.
