Voicemail badge won’t go away
hoping someone can help me with this…I have had a red dot showing on my voicemail for a year now. I have no new messages, I have even deleted all my old messages but the dot won’t go away. I have tried the suggestions of turning off the Badge button under notifications and then turning my phone off, on again and turning on the badge app button again. But the red dot is still there. I’ve also tried turning off all notifications for my phone, turning the phone off and on again and the red dot stays persistent no matter what I do. I can’t find any other advice online regarding this problem. Hoping someone can suggest another way to fix this issue.
