Cannot scan QR Code Whatsapp

After iOS 15.3.1 update, my whatsapp web on other device (laptop) was automatically logged out. I cannot log back in as I cannot scan the QR Code from my laptop through whatsapp app on my phone. I use iphone 8+. I tried everything:

whatsapp app had been updated before ios update
scan bar code from my phone without wifi
remove whatsapp & reinstall
reset network on my iphone

Nothing seemed to work. I need the solution ASAP as i use whatsapp on my laptop for work.

Try this:

Start WhatsApp Desktop.

Start WhatsApp iPhone -> tap Settings icon (bottom right) -> tap Paired devices -> tap Pair a device.

Point the iPhone at the desktop so that the QR code is scanned.

You need to have Wi-Fi.

Yes, I did. Still can't scan the QR-code to log in.
