My phone won't let me change my passcode and the screen time password won't let me change with my Apple ID.. I think my phone has been compromised!

I think my iPhone has been compromised, I can't change the screen time passcode and it has a lot of my apps off that I need and it's not letting me change by my Apple ID passcode and I know it

Or do you mean Apple ID password?
