About the Apple USB SuperDrive - does anyone know if it can play Blu-ray dvds?

I couldn’t find any information about this anywhere, but does anyone know if the Apple USB SuperDrive can play Blu-ray dvds, and if no what can?

MacBook Air (2020 or later)

No, does superdrive play blu ray? - Apple Community
