Someone keeps gaming remote control over my device and hacking my account daily basis locking me out of my devices and screen time making me ask permission like a child keeps subscribing to things using Apple Pay and daily cash whatever that is I don't even know what it is but I don't know how to get rid of this person and he's stealing a little money from me and my husband and I need help please

I have many other screen recordings if you need to see. I've never even heard of anyone using 6000 MB of data in a month and I've been locked out of my device can't even use that much the time had to take it to Apple and have them reset it once a week or more the only thing I can seem to get any set up as my phone once in a while every time I hook my Apple Watch up it sent to a different contact list in a different area but still on my data plan and this person sent a code to block the SIM and my iPad and so they put a SIM in it and every time they do it works less than a day before he takes that data plan to I'm at a loss I really don't know what to dog
I'm also not getting my emails or confirmation codes to get into my account I think he's set up a different email domain so my email is going someplace else other than to me
