Yesterday I signed up my wife for Apple One Premium. I then had her account invite me for Family Sharing. Now on iOS Settings > Apple ID > Family Sharing it shows me as a member but above that it shows as the "Organizer" my wife's sister, indicated as "(Me)"! What's going on and how can I fix it?

For some reason In iOS Contacts the sister's entry had "Me" next to it. I wasn't able to figure out how to fix that in iOS. But on a Mac I was able to to redeclare "my card". That fixed it. Thanks.

Has your wife checked her card in Contacts to make sure there no mention of her sister or you on the card?
Is you wife sharing an Apple ID with her sister?
Have you and your wife tried signing out of Settings/Your Name, restarting your device, and then signing back into Settings/Your Name?
