Card verification problem

There was a problem after restoring my iPhone X. Before activating after entering my debit card details, the verification for Apple Pay was always either by SMS or by calling my bank, but now I don't see anything like that. All I see is that I need to do verification, but there is no option whether to enter a text code or receive a call from my bank. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem

We suggest making sure you're running the latest iOS version. You can do so by tapping Settings > General > Software Update.
