iOS Photos Albums in Windows Explorer

Short answer: you don't.

Albums are ad hoc arrangements of images recorded in the database. Windows Explorer is a file manager. There is no corresponding folder of images available for Explorer to surf.

Set up and use iCloud Photos on your Windows PC

If you already have iCloud for Windows downloaded and signed in, but aren't seeing photos from your iPhone, you may need to make sure your iCloud Photos are enabled for your iPhone.

Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos. You'll see the option to enable iCloud Photos there if it isn't already.

Set up iCloud on all your devices

If you have iCloud Photos enabled and iCloud for Windows downloaded, but still aren't seeing photos, reply back with additional details. Let us know what exactly you see, or if you get any error messages. We'll be happy to troubleshoot from there.

If you're wanting to know how to view photos that you took on your iPhone in iCloud on a PC, then you would need to follow the steps in the article that was provided on setting up iCloud on your PC. If you've set this up on your PC and you're still unable to view the photos, you'll want to be sure that you sign in with the same Apple ID that you're using on your iPhone as well.
