Updated to IOS 15.4 now No Cellular Data

I updated to IOS 15.4, and my phone under cellular states "An update is required to use cellular data on this iPhone". Help!! I have an iPhone 12.

No service or searching

Go through the various suggestions in the support article below but if they don't help, and your network carrier can't help, then contact Apple Support for further investigation.
