I scanned a QR code in a Apple Store today, I can’t find it now?

I scanned a QR code in a Apple Store today, so I could purchase a iPhone watch. I now cannot find it???

The QR code is not saved by default. You would have had to perform some overt action to save either the code or a Safari page it referenced. For example, if you actually used the code to visit a webpage in Safari, then that would be in Safari’s history. Or if you stored the code as an image, that would be in Photos.
