I have two connected numbers (personal and work) to my AppleID. I want to delete work number from my Apple ID, but this number is still connected to iMessage Facetime. I have no longer acces to my work phone number and sim card, so deregistration with iphone or by sending SMS is not an option.
Is there any other options to remove this number from my appleID?

You need to remove the number on your Apple ID. Look in the Security section when signed in online. You may have to add the new number before you can remove the old number. After the change, allow up to 24 hours for the change to sync. Before trying to make the change, sign out of Messages/FaceTime on all devices/computers.
