Hey there Jenmem55,
Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We're happy to provide some assistance.
Do you notice this occurring when connecting to a Bluetooth device? See if turning off Bluetooth helps:
Use Bluetooth and Wi-Fi in Control Center
Disconnect from Bluetooth accessories
Open Control Center on your iPhone or iPod touch, or iPad and tap the Bluetooth button
. The icon dims and your device disconnects from any accessory it's connected to, except for Apple Watch, Instant Hotspot, Apple Pencil, and Continuity features, like Handoff.
If Bluetooth is turned off, you won’t be able to connect your iOS or iPadOS device to your Bluetooth accessories until:
You turn on Bluetooth in Control Center.
You connect to a Bluetooth accessory in Settings > Bluetooth, or by tapping the AirPlay icon
or
and selecting a bluetooth accessory.
It's 5 AM local time.
You restart your device.
What app is this occurring with? See if the steps here help:
If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open
We hope this helps.
Have a great day!
