Troubleshooting App Store Downloads:

A. Incompatible, Perhaps?:

Viewing the app in the App Store, does it mention if it is compatible with your device? If so, and it is not downloading, then you may need to upgrade to a newer iPhone, and perform this once more.

B. Unavailable, Perhaps?:

Note that not all apps are available in all countries/regions. This al has to do with licensing. So, you may just not be able to perform a download.

C. Update Required, Perhaps?:

You may need to update your iPhone. Go here: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Important: Back up your iPhone prior to installing an update. That way, you can have something to restore your iPhone from, should anything go wrong afterwards.
