Unable to enable icloud drive on windows 10

I'm not able get icloud drive enabled on my windows 10 laptop.

Installed version 13.0 from windows store.

Opened iCloud settings and selected checkbox next to "iCloud Drive" , pressed Apply button. The checkbox becomes unchecked after a second. Drive is not synchronized with my cloud storage

Can't enable iCloud Drive on Win10 PC I open the the iCloud control panel on my win10 PC tick the iCloud Drive selection and click the apply button. The iCloud Drive then deselects. All the other choices, photos, passwords, etc., remain selected. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling iCloud but no go. I am at a loss as to what to do. On all my other Apple devices iCloud Drive functions correctly. Note the iCloud Drive had been functioning correctly on my PC.

Can’t enable iCloud Drive Trying to enable iCloud Drive but the dialog box is out of screen. Tried rotating but still can’t confirm or choose anything. At the attached look at top left corner. Tried rebooting etc without success

My iPad Pro doesn´t allow to turn on iCloud Drive. My iPad Pro (iOS 16.2) doesn´t give a option to turn on iCloud Drive. If I choose settings>myname>iCloud, there isn´t mention iCloud Drive. Under the list of apps using iCloud, there are iCloud Mail, Notes, Messages, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, Safari, Stocks, Home, Game Center, Siri and Freeform. Nothing else. I have tried restart, log out from my Apple ID account etc. To be frank, I dont have any ideas.

Does this behavior persist in another user account? Have you tested in safe mode to see if this function will activate in that environment? For further assistance, use Get Support to connect with our teams to continue.
