macOS 12.3. None of the browsers except Safari works

I updated a macOS to 12.3 and now I'm having problems with the browsers(Chrome and OperaGX). None of them work. Rebooted Mac, reinstalled the browsers but it doesn't help. How to fix it?

I use Chrome in Monterey on occasion and don’t seem to have any problems.....


Can you perhaps try two tests:


Boot to safe mode and test:

Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support


Create a new user account and test:

Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac - Apple Support


That may really help to narrow down a possible cause, as I know you’ve already reinstalled and updated them. Thanks!
