External enclosure damage covers what?

Please kindly help me with the service coverage of my product. I have a MacBook air with Apple Care + coverage and the coverage includes a TATA AIG Policy where the Accidental Damage are covered. There is a small dent in my system, because of which apple straight away asking for money to cover on the name of damage, well there is nothing as such damage and on top of that they are forcing me to pay in all other damage clause in tire 2 of the apple care + agreement which costs 25,900. However, in tier 1 there is a support for external enclosure damage which says you can pay 8,900 and get it covered. there is a lot mess this people are creating and forcing me to pay huge amount which I am not supposed. And upon that I have filed this case on 3rd March and its 10 today they are calling me in day or two and giving the same feed back and say still will check with details. Its apple a 2.5trillion dollar company and they need this many days to finalize whether to provide the service or not. It’s a mental harrasement to the customer. Not able to deal them so finally seeking your assistance.
