Hi, I’ve been talking recently with a help assistant (about two months ago, when the 15.2.1 was the latest OS). He claimed that Apple is working with the problem in my device. I have an iPhone 13 (working at 15.4) and still with double-click to pay turned on takes more time to turn off the screen than when that feature is inactive. Is there any chance that it will be finally fixed? Thanks in advance.

It isn't a problem that I have seen mentioned here on the forum.
First remove any security apps and see if it helps.

Backup, restore to factory, test, and restore from backup
If you can import your media to Photos or iTunes in a computer and copy important documents to a cloud server it will give you some resilience in case the restore from backup fails.

If the problem remains then do step (2) again but set up as new without restoring any backup. If that fixes it then it is probably a rogue app.
Otherwise arrange a repair

Hi, thank you for your reply, but any of your steps didn’t help, unfortunately. So what’s left is a repair?
As I have never heard of this delay (how long a delay?) then yes but I am sure you can clear it before then with software cleanup.
