Disabled account

Recently my account has been disabled in the appstore and itunes and i wish to that apple able it as soon as possible because it’s very important. My bank account stopped the transaction from an app called “fitness coach” that was charging $19.99 when i have never used their services. Ever since i noticed that apple has disabled my account. I wish to fix it as soon as possible. Please help me

Hello ~ Go ahead an contact support as this is Apple’s way to let you know that there may be an issue with your account.


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'


Contact through link or by going to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support or:


Contact Apple for support and service
