have gone through process of downgrading icloud storage capacity but it will not permit me to type done and therefore I've not successfully completed downgrade. And you know you have this glitch or else you wouldn't have directed me to this point where I have to sign up and create a new identity. I desire to downgrade to free icloud storage. Please do what is necessary to complete this and do not charge me a monthly charge again.

Above where. I went through the directions your site gave. At the end, the done figure would not light and would not allow me to finish. I've contacted apple support. That is you. No, you have not been helpful and you have not answered my question or helped in any fashion.
The people who answer questions on these boards are mostly other customers, not Apple Support. The link to use is those exact words in the article.
