watch and phone will not sync and I am unable to sign in on activity with apple ID.

Activity on my watch will not sync with my phone. I have an iPhone11 and my watch is a series 6. I am unable to sign in to my ID on the watch app.

On your iPhone in the Apple Watch App

Tap My Watch.

Tap General

Tap Reset on the General screen.

Tap Reset Sync Data on the Reset screen.

Then restart your watch.


Turn on airplane mode then turn it off again.
