How to remove “allow website”

I have restricted a website on my child’s iPad. But when he goes to search it, he presses the “allow website” option and is free to have access to it. How can I hide that option?

Normally, you have to enter passcode after press "Allow Website".

So, I think he knows the passcode of parental control.

If so, you should change it.
