I have been having a recurring issue that seems to be at random times and in random frequencies. After the last iOS update is when this issue began happening. It says:
"Time Sensitive
Message Failed to Send
The message failed to send."
When this error occurs, some of my messages will randomly send, and some will not. I am unable to find a rhyme or reason. Attached is a screenshot.

Where did you find that “send an sms” feature?
I am having the message not delivered to one person who usually gets all of my texts. It only occurs with one recipient. no other persons are affected.
Doubt it as they don’t seem to answer anything posted here. Maybe need to write to the overlords in China
can I fix the time sensitive texts?
Focus should not have anything to do with “time sensitive message” being display when you trying to send a text.
mine is turned off and it still happening.
This happened after the last ISO upgrade.
Even under SMS it still does not work.
