Why doesn't Microsoft Word, Excel etc. work on my Mac anymore?

Word and Excel I have upgraded to Mac OS 10.15.7 so I can't use Word and Excel, but it seems that I can't use Pages or Numbers either. Do I have any options since I cannot upgrade my OS any higher on my 2012 Mac Air.

trying to get Word and Excel on new Mac I have updated my old 2008 Mac Air to a new 2021 version, and my Microsoft applications no longer work. Can I download or purchase a new app that will give me access to Word and Excel?

Help with Word and Excel. My Mac s running 10.13.6 . My Office apps updated, an error message says I need to have 10.15 or later to Word or Excel. There are no updates available at this time, according to App Store. Is there something I'm missing?? Am I shit out of luck ?? Don't use Word or Excel until IOS decides to upgrade ?? Any advise or help will be greatly appreciated.

If you upgraded your Mac's operating system to Catalina or newer, old 32 bit Microsoft Office will no longer run on it. You need to upgrade your Microsoft Office to a new 64 bit version.
