I want to sync my apple music library from my android phone to my android tablet

I understand you would like to get your Apple Music library synced to your android tablet.

If you subscribe to Apple Music you should be able to just sign into the Apple Music app using your Apple ID and password on your tablet to get all your playlist and the music that you have added to your cloud library. You may have to download the songs again from the library.
