Hi and thanks for using Apple Support Communities. I understand you having trouble getting your iPhone activated. If you can't activate your iPhone using a Wifi connection, you should try by using a pc or Mac. What is the error when it is trying to activate? Take a look at this article or reply back and we will try to help you with the activation.
